Description:
Very rare to see these nowadays. When this photo was shot, NS had 10 SD50s still in active service, 9 of them in Conrail paint. This unit was supposed to lead 11J but it was having some mechanical difficulties. Next stop for this unit may very well be Juniata Shops to be rebuilt into an SD40E. Sorry for the motion blur. They haul ass through Three Bridges.
